There's our Margarita The hostel crew, the Irish guys were pretty cool Fat Cats Jazz Club
Last night we went over to Adrians hostel again, this time taking a premixed bottle of margaritas, or gallon as they say in the US (not kidding, check the photo).

Decided we'd chill for a bit there and then head out to the jazz clubs in Greenwich Village.

The jazz clubs were awesome, and we had a really good time.

The first was called (Something i cant remember right now) and had couches lining the walls in a tiny dark little room maybe 4 metres wide and 10 metres long. The guys there were really cool, and it was really nice and relaxing.

After there we went to one called Smalls, which was a bit more what I (Trent) was expecting from a Jazz Club, going down stairs to a smoky little room with a bar along one side and little tables back from the stage. So we stayed here for awhile then decided we better go if want to wake up the next morning.

Today we went to a pub with Adrian and Trenton to watch the Aussie-Brazil game. There was a bit of a party there with a cover charge and Aussie theme (Even the ambassador to USA was there). We lost, but played well, so Shell and I headed off straight after to squeeze in the Museum of Natural History on our last day in NYC.

The museum was just awesome! For someone who grew up loving Dinosaurs, this was like a dream come true. I got to see the T-Rex and Brontosaurus Skeletons, aswell as hundreds of others, needless to say that by the time we finished with the dinosaurs it just about closing time. We quickly ran down to see the life size Blue Whale model (which was in the dark so hard to get a good photo).

The last thing we had to do tonight was to go visit the Empire State BUilding, and actually climb it this time. We thought we'd wait till it was dark so we could see NY by night from up there and it was the right decision.

The view from up there is just sensational and impossibly to describe in words.

It was hard to photograph what we saw (All you can really is the Chrysler Building) but we tried.

And I guess thats New York, New York
