| Aug 3, 2006 - Evan again, and Cambridge
| Well this time I decided to go to Cambridge, so Evan wouldn't have his newly repaired car damaged again.
Had an awesome time there.
I arrived in the afternoon by train, and Ev picked me up from the station and breifed me on our pub crawl on the way back to his place.
After enough time to drop my bag and grab a jumper we headed out for some pub Thai as the first stop of the evening.
We had a nice Pad Thai (the first in months) and picked up our first recruit (Nick?) of the evening.
We then headed into town a bit more, getting dropped off near some colleges (so I could take some photos) before heading to the next pub.
Next pub we started our beers and some girls came in loud and South African (as they told us straight away).
It wasn't long before..you guessed it...the girls had Evan fever.
So we had a couple here before taking them along to the next pub for some more drinks.
I soon upset them with my knowledge of Africaans, but the pull of Ev couldn't keep them away from us.
So again they followed us to another pub until Ev took their numbers and assured them he'd be happy to talk to them another time.
By now all the pubs were closed and we had to head to the bars for awhile.
After this we headed home via the best burger i've had on my trip overseas.
